More than twenty years after its original description, laparoscopic pancreatic surgery is now a validated approach that has shown significant advantages over traditional surgery. Neuroendocrine tumors enucleations, left and distal pancreatectomies for cystic neoplasms, whether or not combined with splenectomy, are the first procedures to consider in the learning of the laparoscopic approach of pancreatic diseases.
